It is best to follow the guidelines issued by the Arctic Blast Association pertaining to this. Clearly, "Build a better Arctic Blast and the world will build a path to your location." If you're getting your measure from anywhere you can, you're not always going to like that. I know that appears like it goes on forever and ever, but you understand where I'm coming from.
